Sold means gone. Everywhere.
Sprika builds your product feeds for Google, Meta, Blocket and more than 20 other channels, and takes sold, closed and withdrawn items out of every one of them within minutes. Not at the next nightly sync.
- Data stored in the EU
- Every value explained
- No automatic upgrades
Generic feed tools were built for stock that waits
Most feed tools sync on a schedule: once a day, or more often on a pricier plan. That works for a shirt in ten sizes. It doesn't work for a lot that closes at 18:05 or a one-off machine that sold an hour ago.
Ads for things that are gone
Until the next sync, people click on lots that have ended and items that are sold. You pay for the click and lose their trust.
Speed sold as an upgrade
More syncs a day usually means a bigger plan. At Sprika, removing sold items fast is part of every plan.
Rules no one can explain
When a price or a title looks wrong, you should see which rule set it and what it was before. In Sprika you can, for every value.
How Sprika works
- 1
Connect your source
Shopify, WooCommerce or any JSON, XML or CSV feed. Sprika reads it, proposes the fields and previews the items before you import anything. A webhook tells Sprika the moment something sells.
- 2
Shape each channel with rules
Rules read like sentences. Every change shows how many items it affects and a before-and-after before it goes live, and everything can be undone.
- 3
Keep every feed true
Sold, closed and withdrawn items go first in the queue and leave every channel. Sprika measures how long it took and tells you if a feed is held back.
Everything a fast‑moving catalogue needs
Every feature is in every paid plan. Plans differ only in how many live items, stores and team members you have.
Real-time removal
Sold items go to the front of the queue and leave every channel within minutes, measured per item and channel.
Read moreRules you can read
A sentence editor and a rule language that compile to the same rules, with a preview on your own items.
20+ channels
Google, Meta, Microsoft, TikTok, Pinterest, price comparison sites, Blocket and machinery portals.
Read moreSwitch from Channable safely
Paste your Channable feed and Sprika proposes the channel, then compares both feeds every night in shadow mode.
Feed quality and categories
See what each channel would reject, fix it with one rule, and map your categories to Google's with suggestions.
Every value explained
Which rule, which version, the old value and the new. Import protection stops a broken source file from emptying your feeds.
Feed Monitor
Checks any feed URL for errors, missing fields and items that have already ended. Free for three feeds.
Read moreImage templates
Badges, banners and frames with each item's own data, drawn on the images of the feed you choose.
Built for one-of-a-kind items
Online auctions and brokers
End times in your time zone, auction status, time labels and no current bid sent as a shopping price.
Machinery and vehicles
Make, model, year, hours and mileage read from your listings, and feeds for machinery portals.
Recommerce and refurbished
Stock of one on Shopify or WooCommerce: the variant that sells out leaves your ads at once.
Agencies
Several stores, one team, pooled items on the Agency plan.
Safe by default
Your data stays in the EU
Servers in Stockholm and feed files in Cloudflare's EU storage.
Your text stays yours
Sprika never rewrites the seller's title, description or images. Rules only add fields or make the technical changes you choose.
Import protection on from day one
If the live items suddenly drop by more than 20 %, nothing is published until you have looked. An empty file is never sent.
Frequently asked questions
What is Sprika?
Sprika is a feed platform for items that sell fast: auctions, machinery, vehicles, refurbished and second-hand goods. It reads your product data, runs your rules, builds a feed for each channel (Google, Meta, Blocket, price comparison sites and more) and takes sold, closed and withdrawn items out of every channel within minutes.
How fast do sold items leave my channels?
When your system tells Sprika through the webhook, a sold item goes to the front of the queue and every channel’s file is rebuilt without it right away. Sprika’s target is that 95 % of removals are done within 5 minutes, and it measures this for every item and channel so you can see the real numbers. Channels then fetch the file on their own schedule. Removal through the channels’ own APIs, starting with Meta’s catalogue, is coming, so that last step takes seconds too.
Which sources can Sprika read?
Shopify and WooCommerce through their APIs, and any product feed in JSON, XML or CSV at a URL. Sprika proposes the fields, the status and the variants from your file and previews the items before you import. A signed webhook lets your system report sales at once.
Can I switch from Channable without risk?
Yes. Paste the address of a Channable feed and Sprika proposes the same channel: the mapping, lookup tables and rules, and how identical the result will be before you save. Shadow mode then compares Sprika’s feed with Channable’s every night and shows each difference, so you switch when the numbers say you can.
Where is my data stored?
In the EU: Sprika’s servers are in Stockholm and the feed files in Cloudflare’s EU storage. API keys you give Sprika are stored encrypted, and every organization’s data is kept apart in the database itself.
