Sold items leave every channel within minutes
When something sells, ends or is withdrawn, Sprika moves it to the front of the queue and takes it out of every channel. Then it measures how long that took.
From sold to gone
- 1
Sprika learns it at once
Your shop or auction system calls Sprika's webhook when an item sells or closes, signed so no one else can. Without a webhook, the next import finds it: as often as every 5 minutes.
- 2
Sold goes first
Removals have their own top-priority queue. Price changes and new items wait; a sold item never does.
- 3
Every channel, at once
Each channel's file is rebuilt without the item right away, instead of at the next scheduled build.
Measured, not promised
For every item that leaves, Sprika records when it learned about it and when each channel no longer had it. The overview shows the median and the 95th percentile for 7 and 30 days against a 5-minute target, the slowest items, and anything still waiting. If a day is slow, your team gets an email.
What the channel does next
Channels fetch files on their own schedule, often hourly or daily, so the last step is theirs. That is why removal through the channels' own APIs is coming next, starting with Meta's catalogue.
Fast, but never reckless
A source file that suddenly lists far fewer items is held back for you to check, and an empty file is never sent. A sale reported by webhook is not undone by a source file that hasn't caught up yet.
Frequently asked questions
How fast do sold items leave my channels?
When your system tells Sprika through the webhook, a sold item goes to the front of the queue and every channel’s file is rebuilt without it right away. Sprika’s target is that 95 % of removals are done within 5 minutes, and it measures this for every item and channel so you can see the real numbers. Channels then fetch the file on their own schedule. Removal through the channels’ own APIs, starting with Meta’s catalogue, is coming, so that last step takes seconds too.
